Home Loans For The Homeless

How We Help

When we set up our business we started to realise the impact we could have on Australian families - being part of their journey to buy property in this country is an amazing achievement.

This got us thinking about how much more of an impact we could have; not only locally, but globally, too. That’s when we came up with an idea we called “Home Loans for the Homeless”. This mission then set off the wheels in motion for an initiative that really made us think about not only being a great business but being able to do great things.

As we started to look into the statistics around homelessness, the numbers were frightening. We wanted to find a way that our business could be a conduit for change, albeit on a small scale.

At a local level, over 120,000 Australians experience homelessness each year. We wanted to take action and do something that could change that. At Atelier Wealth, we believe everyone should have access to safe and secure housing. We are in a position where we are able to give back, so that’s exactly what we decided to do. We have partnered with a local non for profit where we provide support.

On a global scale, we have partnered with a great platform, B1G1, to amplify our impact and ensure our funds are going to the right partners. In 2018 we launched our first iteration of the Home Loans for the Homeless initiative.

Our Commitment To Change

We started our plans with a bold commitment as a business to provide 10,000 nights of shelter to underprivileged families. This is our way of using our business to help pay it forward.

We’re thrilled to share that we surpassed this target and have now provided over 20,000 nights of shelter to the homeless.

Once we hit our target, we asked ourselves how we can go even bigger. That’s when the mission to build an entire home in the Philippines launched. Today, we’re working towards this next goal.

We Have Helped Over 700 Clients Finance Their Homes

Every time we help clients finance their homes we’re paying it forward by adding to our cause of having a home built in the Philippines for a family that needs it most.

We’re thrilled to have helped so many Australians achieve their dream of buying their own home or investment property, especially those who struggle to find the right home loan options to suit their financial situation. In turn, we are proud to help the homeless and support them when we can.

Our expert mortgage brokers can assist a wide range of clients, even those facing a complicated financial situation or those who need to act quickly.
