Shay supports the team as a Parabroker with sharp focus and a dry sense of humour, claiming his workplace superpower is the ability to secretly fly. He’s currently completing a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance and will soon add a Bachelor of Economics and Finance to his toolkit, bringing serious knowledge to the role.
