Zac is the calm constant in the client journey, bringing a steady temperament that keeps everything grounded, no matter how busy things get. As a Client Service Manager, he’s the reassuring presence who makes complex situations feel simple and under control.
He starts his day by beating the alarm clock, grabs a small flat white, and gets straight into it. If he had the office to himself, “The Red and the White” would be on the speakers.
Outside of work, Zac trades client files for the chessboard, quietly plotting his next move several steps ahead.
